Restorative dentistry focuses on restoring the health and function of one or several areas of the mouth. What sets our office apart is a three-step approach we follow prior to treatment.

The first step begins with identifying the actual problem and all underlying causes. As obvious as this sounds, it is a critical step we spend a lot of time on, and our office’s years of training and experience allow us to accomplish this task with confidence.

The second step identifies all reasonable options available that addresses this problem, followed up by discussing the pros and cons of each option. In order to do this, our role becomes that of an educator where we take complicated and confusing processes and explain them in a way that is clear, concise and easy to understand. We do this because we believe the only qualified person to make the right treatment decision is you, and without fully understanding your options, the decision process is unsettling.

The final step identifies the barriers that stand in the way of successful treatment. More common ones are pain, anxiety or financial barriers, and our office can easily provide solutions for each one of these barriers. Everyone deserves a healthy beautiful smile, and our motto is that every problem has a solution.

Once these important steps have been addressed, the restorative process is often the most routine and uneventful process.
